We all grew up in the country or rural communities in Kansas, but our roots run rock.  Whiskey South Forty is a destination, but also a state of mind.  Its that place at the end of the day when you are ready to kick your boots up with a cold one and watch the sun set, or that sweet spot in the middle of a lake on a boat where everything that is stressful fades into the background, even if just for a little while.  Just like our music, Whiskey South Forty will take you back to that place in your life when everything was simple, made sense, and just felt right.
